穗府〔2009〕3号关于220千伏广谭线供电工程建设的通告 220千伏广谭线供电工程是我市重点工程，对解决广州中部电网结构薄弱问题，保证天河等中心城区供电安全具有重要意义。工程全长833公里，途经番禺区石碁镇金山村，化龙镇眉山村、东南村、莘汀村，南村镇市头村，新造镇曾边村、南约村、北约村、思贤村、崇德村。为顺利推进工程建设，现就有关事项通告如下： 一、建设范围按规划行政主管部门核发的相关规划许可文件确定。 二、项目用地涉及的拆迁安置工作，由番禺区政府依照国家、省和市有关法律、法规、规章的规定组织实施。 三、建设范围内的单位和个人应当顾全大局，积极支持和配合国家建设，不得阻挠建设工程的测量、钻探、拆迁以及施工工作。 四、违反本通告，拒绝、阻碍国家工作人员依法执行职务的，由公安机关依照有关治安管理处罚的法律法规规定处理;构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。五、本通告自颁布之日起施行，有效期3年。 广州市人民政府2009年1月4日 公开方式：主动公开
