Notice of the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government on Temporary Closure of Poultry Wholesale Markets and Poultry Trading Areas in Agricultural and Meat Markets in February

This notice mandates a temporary closure of all poultry wholesale markets and poultry trading areas in agricultural and meat markets across Guangzhou from February 16 to 28, 2017, to control the spread of H7N9 avian influenza. During the closure, all live poultry and fresh poultry product trading is prohibited, except for frozen poultry products.
