穗府规〔2018〕1号广州市人民政府关于公布市政府规范性文件清理结果的决定各区人民政府，市政府各部门、各直属机构：为贯彻关于全面推进依法治国的战略部署，深入推进“放管服”改革、加强生态文明建设和环境保护，按照国务院和广东省人民政府关于开展文件清理的工作部署，广州市人民政府对2017年5月31日之前发布且在有效期内的120份市政府规范性文件进行了清理。现将清理结果公布如下：一、保留市政府规范性文件72份。二、拟修改市政府规范性文件32份，原则上在2018年12月31日前完成修改。三、废止（含失效）市政府规范性文件16份。附件：1.市政府规范性文件清理目录（保留）2.市政府规范性文件清理目录（修改）3.市政府规范性文件清理目录（废止、失效）广州市人民政府2018年1月5日 公开方式:主动公开附件列表： 附件1.doc 附件2.doc 附件3.doc
