穗府规〔2018〕13号广州市人民政府关于禁止人力三轮车上道路行驶范围的通告 根据《广东省道路交通安全条例》第二十六条和《广州市非机动车和摩托车管理规定》第十条、第十四条、第三十四条的有关规定，现将广州市禁止人力三轮车（市政、环卫等单位作业需要和区人民政府划定的专业批发市场园区范围内运输、配送需要的除外）上道路行驶的范围通告如下：广州市越秀区、海珠区、荔湾区、天河区行政区域内以及白云区、黄埔区行政街辖区内。本通告自2018年6月11日起施行，有效期5年。广州市人民政府2018年5月19日 公开方式：主动公开
