穗府〔2007〕43号关于武广铁路客运专线和广州新客站工程建设的通告 一、武广铁路客运专线和广州新客站工程建设范围按规划行政主管部门核发的有关文件确定。 二、工程用地涉及的征地拆迁工作，由荔湾区、白云区、花都区、番禺区政府依照国家和地方有关法律、法规、规章及上级有关规定组织实施。 三、工程范围内的单位和个人应顾全大局，积极支持和配合该重点工程建设，不得阻挠建设工程的测量、钻探、施工以及征地拆迁工作。 四、凡违反本《通告》，拒绝、阻挠国家工作人员依法执行职务的，由公安部门依照《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》处理；情节严重构成犯罪的，由司法机关依法追究法律责任。 五、本《通告》自颁布之日起实施，有效期三年。 广州市人民政府2007年11月19日 公开方式：主动公开
