2015年8月31日，深圳市民政局对深圳市珍珠行业协会（登记号：01154）作出警告的行政处罚（深民罚字【2015】第031号）。 经查，深圳市珍珠行业协会存在以下问题：1、内部治理不完善，重大事项未经理事会研究决议；2、财务制度不健全，未按照《民间非营利组织会计制度》建账。违反了《深圳经济特区行业协会条例》第六条、第三十九条的规定，依据《深圳经济特区行业协会条例》第六十六条第一款第二项、第六十八条第一款第三项的规定，深圳市民政局给予深圳市珍珠行业协会警告的行政处罚，建议撤换直接负责的主管人员，并责令改正违法违规行为。
