经查，深圳市梵融教育基金会（登记号：0003）存在以下问题：1、无专职工作人员；2、未按要求召开理事会；3、未严格执行国家统一的会计制度，财务管理不规范；4、2015年度公益性支出21.3万元，仅为上年度净资产总额的3.2%。违反了《基金会管理条例》第八条第（三）项、第二十一条、第三十二条、第二十九条第一款的规定。依据《基金会管理条例》第四十二条第一款第（四）项的规定，2017年2月14日，深圳市民政局作出行政处罚决定（深民罚字〔2017〕第001号），给予深圳市梵融教育基金会警告的行政处罚，并责令改正相关违法违规行为。 特此公告。 深圳市民政局 2017年2月14日
