2日下午，市六届人大七次会议闭幕后，组织举行新当选和通过的国家工作人员向宪法宣誓仪式。市委书记、新当选的市人大常委会主任蔡朝林担任领誓人。 根据有关规定，市人民代表大会选举的国家工作人员，依照法定程序产生后进行宪法宣誓。在蔡朝林的带领下，新当选的市人大常委会副主任秦雯，以及新当选和通过的市人大常委会委员向宪法宣誓。 市人大常委会副主任陈定雄主持宣誓仪式。市人大常委会组成人员参加宣誓仪式，共同见证国家工作人员的宣誓。
