各街道办事处、区政府直属各单位： 2017年3月21日，深圳市第六届人民代表大会常务委员会第十五次会议审议了《深圳市人民政府关于提请审议废止<深圳经济特区人口与计划生育条例>的议案》，《深圳经济特区人口与计划生育条例》正式公布废止。 2014年，我区根据《深圳经济特区人口与计划生育条例》第三十九条，出台《深圳市罗湖区人民政府办公室印发<深圳市罗湖区实行计划生育的已婚育龄夫妻落实长效节育措施奖励补助办法>的通知》（罗府办〔2014〕8号），对辖区户籍育龄夫妻或居住半年以上且纳入管理的流动人口育龄夫妻给予落实长效节育措施奖励补助。罗府办〔2014〕8号文现已不再适用，经区政府同意，决定予以废止。深圳市罗湖区人民政府办公室2017年7月28日
