12日下午，市委副书记、市长张科到市信访局接待来访群众，听取信访诉求，询问了解有关情况，研究解决实际问题，强调各地各相关部门要进一步加强监管、严格执法，切实保障人民群众合法权益。 在公开接访中，张科认真听取来访群众反映的有关问题，现场责成所在地党政及有关部门迅速督促解决。他强调，各级党政要坚定践行以人民为中心的发展思想，加强跟踪审核和监管执法，督促相关市场主体履行合同、承担责任，有效维护人民群众合法权益。同时，要举一反三、加强研判，依法惩治、严厉打击相关违法行为，坚决防止类似问题发生。
