尊敬的赵煦东等代表： 您提出的《关于解决商务公寓居住人群教育学位的建议》收悉。经研究，现将办理情况答复如下： 一、罗湖区2015年招生基本情况 我区2015年小学一年级新生网上报名申请人数为11721人。根据核定办学规模，按国家标准，以45人\/班计，2015年我区公办小学一年级可招收182个班8190人。今年初一公办学位供需基本平衡。 二、关于提案中“建议对商务公寓不带学位规定予以修订”的建议 商务公寓既可居住，又可办公。按照罗湖区的招生政策，只要商务公寓中有居住性质，我区将视为正常住房处理，并可按政策进行罗湖区学位申请。 衷心感谢您对我们工作的理解、关注和支持！ 此函。 深圳市罗湖区人民政府 2015年9月22日 （联系人：陈东，联系电话：25666324）
