惠州市人民政府办公室关于优化房地产调控政策的通知惠府办〔2023〕5号各县、区人民政府，市政府各工作部门： 为贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署，坚持房子是用来住的、不是用来炒的定位，因城施策，进一步加强房地产市场预期引导，支持刚性和改善性住房消费需求释放，促进我市房地产市场平稳健康发展，经市人民政府同意，现就有关事项通知如下： 我市商品住房（含新建商品住房和二手住房）限售年限调整为“取得不动产权证满1年方可转让”。 本通知自印发之日起施行。之前有关政策措施与本通知不一致的，按本通知执行。 惠州市人民政府办公室 2023年2月16日
