穗府办〔2014〕63号 广州市人民政府办公厅关于印发广州市建设工程项目技术审查事项目录的通知 各区、县级市人民政府，市政府各部门、各直属机构： 根据市的有关部署，市法制办牵头对与建设工程项目有关的技术审查事项进行了全面梳理和审查，编制了《广州市建设工程项目技术审查事项目录》(以下简称《目录》)。经市人民政府同意，现将《目录》印发给你们，并提出以下意见，请一并按照实施： 一、凡未纳入《目录》的事项，各部门一律不得将其单独作为技术审查事项实施；凡《目录》中规定由社会机构承担的技术审查事项，审批部门不得指定技术审查机构。 二、对《目录》实行动态管理，凡新增、调整的技术审查事项，相关主管部门应及时报市行政审批制度改革工作联席会议办公室(设在市编办)审查、公告。实施过程中遇到的问题，请径向市行政审批制度改革工作联席会议办公室反映。 广州市人民政府办公厅 2014年10月22日 广州市人民政府办公厅秘书处 2014年11月12日印发
