10月9日，国家知识产权保护示范区建设动员部署会在广州召开。国家知识产权局副局长胡文辉、广东省副省长林涛出席会议并讲话。 胡文辉肯定了广东知识产权工作成绩，希望广州市、深圳市靠前探索，在体制机制改革上攻坚克难，在全链条和关键环节保护上真抓实干，在服务区域高质量发展上狠下功夫，率先打造知识产权保护高地。 林涛表示，广东将锚定“走在前列”的总目标，坚决扛牢责任担当，在服务高质量发展、强化全链条保护等方面做好示范引领，全面擦亮国家知识产权保护示范区金字招牌。 会上，广州市、深圳市分别作示范区建设工作报告，省知识产权局作表态发言。国家知识产权局有关部门负责同志，广东省和穗深两市有关部门负责同志参会。
