何广延参加稔平半岛供水工程及配套水厂通水仪式 昨日上午，惠东县稔平半岛供水工程及配套水厂通水仪式在惠东县铁涌镇黄坑泵站举行，标志着稔平半岛缺水局面将彻底成为历史。市委常委、常务副市长何广延参加活动。 何广延在仪式上宣布：惠东县稔平半岛供水工程及配套水厂顺利竣工，通水！ 同饮一江水，共创文明城！多年来，稔平半岛整体缺水严重。稔平半岛供水工程于2016年1月动工，是广东省重点项目，也是市委、市政府确定的一项重要惠民工程，主要任务是从西枝江引水到稔平半岛，为沿海工业基地、发电厂、惠州核电、旅游开发区等需水对象供水，并兼顾补充沿线各镇的综合用水。 据悉，工程主要建设内容由鲤鱼岭取水泵站、黄坑泵站、调压塔、黄坑泵站前池、隧洞以及输水管道组成，惠及近50万人。输水管线总长62.7公里，项目设计最大引水流量为每秒5.2立方米，日输水量45万立方米，累计完成投资11.99亿元。项目采用BOT模式（建设-经营-移交）建设，由惠州市水务集团有限公司负责建设和运营管理，工程于2020年12月28日完成全线试通水，已具备通水条件。 （记者刘建威）
