广东省人民政府关于调整实施一批省级自然资源行政职权事项的决定粤府〔2022〕69号各地级以上市人民政府，各县（市、区）人民政府，省政府各部门、各直属机构： 为贯彻落实党中央、国务院深化“放管服”改革转变政府职能的决策部署，着力优化营商环境、激发市场活力，省政府决定调整实施一批省级自然资源行政职权事项。省自然资源厅要切实加强指导，制订文件做好衔接落实，建立健全监管机制，定期对调整实施的事项开展“双随机、一公开”检查。各地要依法依规开展审批，健全管理机制，严格审查把关，注重保护耕地和节约集约用地，落实监管责任，提高监管效能，确保调整实施的行政职权事项放得下、接得住、管得好。 附件：广东省人民政府决定调整实施的省级自然资源行政职权事项目录广东省人民政府2022年8月26日附件广东省人民政府决定调整实施的省级自然资源行政职权事项目录
