This notice clarifies that where the Yangjiang municipal bidding regulations conflict with the newly revised provincial Implementation Measures of the Bidding Law, the provincial measures shall prevail.

各县（市、区）人民政府，市府直属各单位： 2019年3月1日，新修订的《广东省实施〈中华人民共和国招标投标法〉办法》（下称《办法》）正式实施，为贯彻落实《办法》相关规定，自本通知发布之日起，我市工程建设项目在执行《阳江市工程建设项目招标投标管理规定》（阳府〔2016〕56号）过程中遇到与《办法》规定不一致时，以《办法》的规定为准。 阳江市人民政府 2019年8月28日
