关于方瑛等同志职务任免的通知揭市人社任〔2019〕23号各县（市、区）人民政府（管委会），市府直属各单位： 经揭阳市人民政府二〇一九年十月十七日批准: 方瑛同志任揭阳市交通运输局副局长； 王凤明同志任揭阳市水利局副局长，免去其揭阳市交通运输局副局长职务； 侯耿胜同志任揭阳市机关事务局副局长； 免去林凛凯同志的揭阳市住房和城乡建设局副局长职务。 揭阳市人力资源和社会保障局 2019年10月17日
