广东省人民政府关于设置中广核广东太平岭核电厂规划限制区的批复粤府函〔2021〕106号深圳、惠州市人民政府，中广核惠州核电有限公司： 《中广核惠州核电有限公司关于设置中广核广东太平岭核电厂规划限制区的请示》（广核惠〔2020〕42号）收悉。经商国家核安全局，现批复如下： 一、确定以广东太平岭核电厂一号机组核岛基坑为圆心，5公里为半径，一次性划定广东太平岭核电厂规划容量6台百万千瓦机组规划限制区。 二、深圳、惠州市要严格控制规划限制区内人口机械增长，对规划限制区内的新建和扩建项目加以引导或限制，以便在核事故应急情况下采取紧急防护措施。省人民政府2021年5月27日
