9月30日，副省长陈良贤率队到省交通运输厅交通综合监控中心、省道路运输智能监管运营服务中心察看高速公路重点路段路况和“两客一危一重”车辆智能监管系统建设及运营情况，调研国庆交通保畅通保安全优服务工作。 陈良贤强调，要进一步优化完善系统，加强分析研判，切实发挥智能交通监管作用，确保道路交通安全。要加强节日路网运行监测，加强现场疏导，按照“一堵点一预案”做好交通疏导工作。要加强路警联动，加强信息互通，提高反应速度和处置能力。要狠抓疫情防控，优化服务区体温监测、健康码查验等防疫措施，进一步提升通行水平。要坚守岗位，用党员干部辛苦一点，换取老百姓安全一点、幸福一点。
