江府函〔2026〕19号市自然资源局： 《江门市自然资源局关于审批蓬江区发展大道与天福路交叉口东南侧地块“三旧”改造方案的请示》（江自然资〔2026〕96号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下： 一、同意上报的《蓬江区发展大道与天福路交叉口东南侧地块“三旧”改造方案》。同意该项目采取政府收储模式，通过公开方式确定改造主体，对蓬江区发展大道与天福路交叉口东南侧地段1.11公顷土地实施全面改造。 二、本批复自印发之日起生效，有效期三年。 附件：蓬江区发展大道与天福路交叉口东南侧地块“三旧”改造方案.pdf江门市人民政府2026年2月3日
