江府函〔2025〕101号市自然资源局：《江门市自然资源局关于报请批准江门市蓬江区群星地段（PJ05-A）控制性详细规划修改的请示》（江自然资〔2025〕342号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下：一、该规划符合《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》《广东省城市控制性详细规划管理条例》的有关规定，符合《江门市国土空间总体规划（2021-2035年）》，予以批准、公布，并作为《江门市群星联合地段控制性详细规划修改》（2013年8月28日批准）成果的补充内容。二、该规划范围内的用地性质、开发强度及公共设施配套，应严格按本规划的要求实施。三、今后如需对规划进行修改，应按照法定程序报批。江门市人民政府 2025年6月19日
