图解：江门市人民政府关于公布实施征收农用地区片综合地价的公告解读文本：江门市人民政府关于公布实施征收农用地区片综合地价的公告江府告〔2024〕1号 根据《中华人民共和国土地管理法》第四十八条的规定，征收农用地的土地补偿费、安置补助费标准通过制定公布区片综合地价确定，并至少每三年调整或者重新公布一次。经省人民政府同意，现将我市征收农用地区片综合地价重新公布。征收农用地区片综合地价自公告之日起实施，原征收农用地区片综合地价（江府告〔2021〕1 号）同时废止。 附件：江门市征收农用地区片综合地价表江门市人民政府2024年3月13日
