This document revokes the renovation plans for four 'Three Olds' (sanjiu) projects in Jiangmen that were approved between 2012 and 2014 but never implemented, as the original conditions and policies have changed. It requires that any future redevelopment must follow current provincial and municipal policies and be re-approved.

江府函〔2023〕100号市自然资源局：《江门市自然资源局关于报请撤销“三旧”改造项目的请示》（江自然资〔2023〕312号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下：新昌村陆氏围“三旧”改造项目、南雄股份合作经济联合社“三旧”改造项目、麻三股份合作经济联合社旧村庄改造项目、环市实业“三旧”改造项目等项目改造方案分别于2012年11月、2012年11月、2014年6月、2014年8月经市人民政府批准，但至今均未按要求办理供地手续，未实施改造，原约定的改造计划、公共设施配建责任、拆迁补偿标准、土地出让金返还标准等政策均已发生改变，已无法继续按原改造方案实施，现撤销该四个项目改造方案。日后如确需继续实施改造，须按省、市“三旧”改造政策要求重新编制改造方案按程序报批。江门市人民政府2023年5月26日
