各县（市、区）人民政府，市府直属各单位： 为贯彻落实党的十九大精神和国务院、省政府行政审批制度改革部署要求，进一步转变政府职能，减轻企业负担，市政府决定第三批清理规范24项市政府部门行政审批中介服务事项，不再作为行政审批的受理条件。 各地、各有关部门要认真做好清理规范行政审批中介服务事项的落实工作，同步推进配套改革和制度规范建设，保障行政审批质量和效率。对涉及公共安全的行政审批事项，在清理规范相关中介服务后，要进一步强化监管措施，确保安全责任落实到位。 附件：阳江市人民政府决定第三批清理规范的市政府部门行政审批中介服务事项目录 阳江市人民政府 2018年7月10日
