This notice announces that from March 1, 2021, the Zhuhai municipal and district people's governments will uniformly exercise their respective administrative reconsideration functions, specifying the scope of cases each level of government will handle, in accordance with the national administrative reconsideration system reform plan.

珠府〔2021〕6号 为全面贯彻落实中央全面依法治国委员会《行政复议体制改革方案》，中共珠海市委全面依法治市委员会于2021年1月25日印发《珠海市行政复议体制改革实施方案》（以下简称《实施方案》）。根据《实施方案》，我市市、区人民政府统一行使本级行政复议职责。现将相关事项公告如下： 2021年3月1日起，市、区人民政府统一行使本级行政复议职责。 市人民政府管辖市政府派出机关、市政府部门及其派出机构、区政府以及有关法律、法规授权的组织为被申请人的行政复议案件。 香洲区、金湾区、斗门区人民政府管辖区政府派出机关、区政府部门及其派出机构、镇政府以及有关法律、法规授权的组织为被申请人的行政复议案件。 特此公告。珠海市人民政府2021年2月10日
