江府函〔2022〕156号蓬江区人民政府： 《关于上报<江门市蓬江区2022年度47号A、B地块规划条件方案>审批的请示》（蓬江府报〔2022〕33号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下： 一、该规划条件符合《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》《广东省城市控制性详细规划管理条例》的有关规定及相关技术规范要求，予以批准。 二、该规划条件范围内的用地性质、开发强度及公共设施配套，应严格按本规划的要求实施。江门市人民政府2022年10月24日
