江府函〔2022〕132号新会区人民政府： 《关于批准江门市新会区古井镇长沙村长沙围（土名）地块规划条件的请示》（新府报〔2022〕71号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下： 一、该规划符合《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》《广东省城市控制性详细规划管理条例》的有关规定及相关技术规范要求，予以批准。 二、该规划范围内的用地性质、开发强度及公共设施配套，应严格按本规划的要求实施。 江门市人民政府 2022年 8 月24日
