Notice of the Zhuhai Municipal People's Government Office on Changing the Method for Calculating the Transfer Price of State-owned Construction Land Use Rights

This notice abolishes the previous regulation on the use of assessed market prices for state-owned construction land use rights and mandates that all relevant transactions shall adopt the land use rights transfer land price assessment method instead.
