港口镇人民政府： 你镇《关于向市政府提请批准实施〈中山市岐江新城V单元03街区控制性详细规划局部调整〉的请示》（中港府请〔2025〕38号）收悉。经研究，批复如下： 一、依据《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》《广东省城乡规划条例》《城市、镇控制性详细规划编制审批办法》《广东省控制性详细规划管理条例》等文件，原则同意《中山市岐江新城V单元03街区控制性详细规划局部调整》，规划成果命名为《中山市岐江新城V单元03街区控制性详细规划局部调整（2026）》（下称《控规》）。 二、你镇要会同有关部门严格实施本《控规》，未经法定程序，任何单位和个人不得擅自改变规划内容。确需调整的，应按规定程序报批。自《控规》批准之日起30日内，你镇依法向社会公布。中山市人民政府2026年1月11日
