仁化县人民政府，市政府有关部门、有关直属机构： 《广东省文物保护单位丹霞山塔墓群保护规划（2022—2035年）》（以下简称《保护规划》）已经省人民政府批准，现予以公布。请各有关单位结合以下工作要求，切实做好规划的组织实施工作。 一、各有关单位要严格落实《保护规划》各项管制措施，在保护范围内凡涉及历史文化遗产保护的新建、改建、扩建等项目建设，要严格按照《中华人民共和国文物保护法》《广东省实施〈中华人民共和国文物保护法〉办法》等有关法律法规实施，避免发生破坏和影响历史文化遗产及周边环境风貌的建设行为。 二、丹霞山管委会要认真履行文物安全管理主体责任，加强对文物本体及其周边巡查检查，加大文物本体保护力度，将丹霞山塔墓群的日常管理维护和修缮经费纳入本级财政预算，并积极争取省级文物保护专项资金，提升丹霞山塔墓群日常管理和活化利用水平。 附件：广东省文物保护单位丹霞山塔墓群保护规划（2022-2035年） 韶关市人民政府 2023年10月18日
