Notice of the Office of Shaoguan Municipal People's Government on Optimizing the Criteria for Determining the Number of Housing Units in Individual Housing Loans

This notice implements the national policy from the Ministry of Housing, the People's Bank of China, and the National Financial Regulatory Administration to optimize the criteria for determining the number of housing units owned by a household for individual housing loans in Shaoguan. It stipulates that if a household has no complete housing unit in the local area, banks shall treat the loan as a first-home loan regardless of previous borrowing history.
