This notice adjusts the minimum wage standard for full-time and part-time workers in Jiangmen City, effective December 1, 2021, setting the full-time monthly minimum wage at 1,720 yuan and the part-time hourly minimum wage at 17 yuan, in accordance with national and provincial regulations.

江府函〔2021〕186号各县（市、区）人民政府，市有关单位：根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》《最低工资规定》（原劳动保障部令第21号）和《广东省人民政府关于调整我省最低工资标准的通知》（粤府函〔2021〕345号）精神，决定从2021年12月1日起，将我市全日制就业劳动者最低工资标准调整为1720元\/月，非全日制就业劳动者小时最低工资标准调整为17元\/小时。有条件的企业可通过签订工资集体协议，在新标准的基础上适当提高本单位职工最低工资标准。各县（市、区）要严格执行最低工资保障制度，加强宣传和检查监督，切实保障职工的合法权益。江门市人民政府2021年11月30日
