This notice rescinds the price management authority over preschool and compulsory education in the urban area (excluding Qujiang District) that was previously delegated to Zhenjiang and Wujiang districts, and returns it to the Municipal Development and Reform Bureau for implementation, in accordance with provincial pricing regulations.
