各县（市、区）人民政府，市政府各部门、各直属机构，中省驻韶有关单位： 为规范政府定价行为，确保行政权力事项规范有序运行，根据《广东省人民政府办公厅关于印发〈广东省定价目录（2022年版）〉的通知》（粤府办〔2022〕5号）、《广东省发展改革委关于做好贯彻落实广东省定价目录（2022年版）有关工作的通知》（粤发改价格函〔2022〕367号）等有关文件精神，经市人民政府同意，现决定收回《韶关市第一批下放职权事项目录（2016年）》（韶府办〔2016〕70号）中下放由浈江区、武江区实施的“市区（不含曲江区）学龄前教育和义务教育价格管理权限”事项〔《韶关市第一批下放职权事项目录（2016年）》序号1〕并由市发改局负责实施，其他事项保持不变。 韶关市人民政府办公室 2023年4月13日
