广东省人民政府关于公布第九批 广东省文物保护单位的通知 粤府函〔2019〕96号 各地级以上市人民政府，各县（市、区）人民政府，省政府各部门、各直属机构： 根据《中华人民共和国文物保护法》有关规定，现将第九批广东省文物保护单位（共计174处）、与现有广东省文物保护单位合并的项目（共计1处）予以公布。各地、各部门要按照国家和省有关法律法规和政策要求，认真贯彻落实“保护为主、抢救第一、合理利用、加强管理”的工作方针，切实做好文物的保护、利用和管理工作。 附件：1. 第九批广东省文物保护单位名单（共计174处） 2. 与现有广东省文物保护单位合并的项目（共计1处） 广东省人民政府 2019年4月19日
