江府函〔2020〕178号新会区人民政府： 《关于新会区睦洲镇莲子塘村顷二围（土名）等3个地块规划条件的请示》（新府报〔2020〕77号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下： 一、睦洲镇莲子塘村顷二围（土名）、三江镇联和村春何围（土名）和三江镇沙岗村皮子一社红门楼（土名）地块项目规划条件符合《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》《广东省城市控制性详细规划管理条例》的有关规定及相关技术规范要求，予以批准。 二、该规划范围内的用地性质、开发强度及公共设施配套，应严格按规划条件的要求实施。江门市人民政府2020年12月21日
