广东省人民政府关于废止一批文件的决定
This decision repeals 24 provincial government documents that are inconsistent with the requirements of the State Council's notice on cleaning up regulations and normative documents related to property rights protection. The repealed documents cease to be effective from the date of issuance.

广东省人民政府关于废止一批文件的决定粤府〔2019〕9号各地级以上市人民政府，各县（市、区）人民政府，省政府各部门、各直属机构： 根据《国务院办公厅关于开展涉及产权保护的规章、规范性文件清理工作的通知》（国办发〔2018〕29号）的部署要求，省政府对以省政府、省政府办公厅名义印发的涉及产权保护的规范性文件进行了全面清理。经清理，省政府决定，废止不符合国办发〔2018〕29号文要求的24件省政府文件。凡被废止的省政府文件，自本决定印发之日起一律停止执行，不再作为行政管理的依据。 附件：废止的广东省人民政府文件目录（共24件）广东省人民政府2019年1月25日
