Notice of Zhongshan Municipal People's Government on Amending Several Measures to Promote the Renovation and Upgrading of Inefficient Village and Town Industrial Parks

This document amends Article 15 of the existing measures on upgrading inefficient industrial parks, allowing industrial redevelopment projects on land of 30 mu or more to increase the proportion of total floor area for administrative and living facilities to 20%, provided the land area for such facilities does not exceed 7%.
