市自然资源局： 你局《关于批准实施〈中山市石岐街道工业用地规划条件论证〉的请示》（中山自然资报〔2022〕730号）收悉。经研究，批复如下： 一、《中山市石岐街道工业用地规划条件论证》项目的编制程序符合《关于工业用地开展控规调整工作的有关通知》及市相关文件要求，调整成果基本符合《中山市城市总体规划（2011-2020）》等上层次要求，原则同意《中山市石岐街道工业用地规划条件论证》。 二、在实施上述规划条件论证过程中，应妥善处理好本次调整工业用地与相关利害关系人用地开发的关系。你局应会同石岐街道办事处加强指导监督。 三、你局要在上述地块规划条件调整成果获批之日起20个工作日内，向社会公布。 中山市人民政府 2022年7月20日
