市自然资源局： 你局《关于批准实施〈中山市五桂山街道工业用地规划条件论证报告〉的请示》（中山自然资报〔2022〕号）收悉。经研究，批复如下： 一、《中山市五桂山街道工业用地规划条件论证报告》项目的编制程序符合《关于工业用地开展控规调整工作的有关通知》及市相关文件要求。调整成果基本符合《中山市城市总体规划（2011-2020）》等上层次要求，原则同意《中山市五桂山街道工业用地规划条件论证报告》。 二、在实施上述规划条件论证过程中，应妥善处理好本次调整工业用地与相关利害关系人用地开发的关系。你局应会同五桂山街道办事处加强指导监督。 三、你局要在上述地块规划条件调整成果获批之日起20个工作日内，向社会公布。中山市人民政府2022年7月8日
