This document authorizes the management committees of Airport Economic Zone, Dananhai Petrochemical Industrial Zone, and Industrial Park to investigate and handle general production safety accidents, while assigning the investigation of such accidents in Puqiao District and Dananshan Overseas Chinese District to the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau.
