广东省人民政府关于广东省粤科金融集团有限公司移交省国资委统一监管的批复粤府函〔2019〕13号省国资委：你委《关于广东省粤科金融集团有限公司移交广东省国资委统一监管的请示》（粤国资资本〔2018〕7号）收悉。批复如下：一、同意广东省粤科金融集团有限公司（以下简称粤科集团）从省科技厅移交至省国资委统一监管。省人民政府为粤科集团出资人，授权你委对该公司履行出资人职责。省科技厅依法履行行业管理职责。二、请你委牵头会同省科技厅扎实做好交接工作，依法依规协调解决好移交过程中遇到的各类问题，确保资随企走、人随事走、交接彻底，保证各项工作有序顺畅。相关具体事宜，严格按规定程序办理。三、粤科集团要树立大科技理念，明确功能定位，进一步聚焦服务创新驱动发展的主业，积极推进混合所有制改革，进一步释放发展活力，不断做强做优做大，在我省战略性新兴产业布局和创新驱动发展中继续发挥重要作用，成为服务全省科技创新的重要平台。广东省人民政府2019年1月18日
