This document issues the Implementation Plan for Coordinated Promotion of Urban-Rural Compulsory Education Integration Reform and Development within the County Area, which has been approved by relevant municipal leadership meetings. It requires all county and district governments and municipal departments to implement the plan and directs any issues to be reported to the Municipal Education Bureau.
