This notice aligns Zhuhai's local bidding thresholds for mandatory tendering projects with the national standards set by the National Development and Reform Commission's Order No. 16, effective from June 1, 2018, superseding previous local thresholds until the local regulation is revised.

珠府函〔2018〕180号 横琴新区管委会，各区政府（管委会），市府直属各单位：2018年3月27日，经国务院批准，国家发展改革委公布了《必须招标的工程项目规定》（国家发展改革委令第16号，以下简称“16号令”），2018年6月1日起实施。鉴于16号令规定的招标限额比《珠海经济特区建设工程招标投标管理办法》（珠海市人民政府令第118号，以下简称“118号令”）增加了一倍，且明确全国执行统一的招标规模标准，为贯彻实施16号令，自2018年6月1日起，我市必须招标的工程项目，招标限额按照16号令执行，待118号令有关条款修订后再按办法执行。执行过程中遇到的问题，请径向市发改局反映。 附件：必须招标的工程项目规定（国家发展改革委令第16号）（略） 珠海市人民政府2018年5月24日
