为配合韶关市区河道清淤疏浚工程的实施，孟洲坝发电厂需开闸降低水位，将河床恢复至天然状态。为确保广大市民生命财产安全，杜绝各类安全事故发生，现将有关事项通告如下：一、开闸降低水位时间：2020年4月18日9时至4月20日9时直到恢复天然河床，共2天；关闸恢复水位时间：2020年4月20日16时至4月22日16时直到恢复至正常水位，共2天。二、降低水位期间，请广大市民注意安全，严禁下河道进行作业、捕捞、游玩等活动，避免因河道水位变化发生意外。三、航道、海事、水务、农业农村等部门要依法加强对各类船舶的监管。四、请沿河各单位和广大市民提前做好相关准备工作，妥善安排好生产生活。 韶关市人民政府 2020年4月15日
