各经济功能区管委会：为全面落实安全生产主体责任，及时调查处理生产安全事故，根据《生产安全事故报告和调查处理条例》（中华人民共和国国务院令第493号，以下简称《条例》）以及《珠海市促进经济功能区发展办法》（珠海市人民政府令第64号，以下简称《办法》）的相关规定，结合我市实际，市政府决定委托我市各经济功能区管委会对发生在本辖区内较大事故以下的生产安全事故进行调查处理，工作权限及调查处理程序参照我市行政区人民政府执行，自本文下发之日起实施。受委托各单位要严格依照《条例》及《办法》规定，根据事故的具体情况，及时组成事故调查组，开展事故调查处理。 珠海市人民政府 二○○九年七月三日
