This announcement publishes the results of the Zhuhai Municipal Secrecy Bureau's review of its law enforcement subjects, acts, and legal bases, in accordance with the State Council's directive on implementing administrative law enforcement responsibility, to promote transparency and public oversight.

为全面推进依法行政，进一步规范我市行政执法行为，优化执法环境，提高行政效能，推动建立权责明确、行为规范、监督有效、保障有力的行政执法体制，根据国务院办公厅《关于推行行政执法责任制的若干意见》（国办发〔2005〕37号）的要求，市保密局已完成执法主体、执法行为、执法依据的梳理工作。现通过市政府门户网站（www.zhuhai.gov.cn）和市法制局网站（www.fzj.gov.cn）予以公布，供社会公众查询和监督。 特此公告。 珠海市人民政府 二○○八年十二月二十九日
