Reply of the People's Government of Guangdong Province on Clarifying the Scope of Transfer of Collection and Management Responsibilities for Provincial Non-Tax Revenue Items (First Batch)

This document approves the transfer of the collection and management responsibility for the village and town infrastructure supporting fee (collected only within township planning areas) from provincial authorities to the tax department, effective January 1, 2019, and directs relevant departments to implement the transfer smoothly.
