根据《国务院办公厅关于进一步做好房地产市场调控工作有关问题的通知》（国办发〔2011〕1号）、《财政部、国家税务总局关于推进应用房地产评估技术加强存量房交易税收征管工作的通知》（财税〔2010〕105号）规定，为规范我市存量房交易市场的管理，依法合理征收存量房交易税费，促进房地产市场健康发展，市人民政府决定，从2012年2月27日起，全市正式启用存量房交易计税价格评估系统。\r 特此通告。\r \r 韶关市人民政府\r 二○一二年二月二十七日\r \r
