第104号 《广东省人民政府关于废止两项政府规章的决定》已经2006年3月21日广东省人民政府第十届88次常务会议通过，现予发布，自发布之日起施行。省长二〇〇六年三月二十八日 广东省人民政府关于废止两项政府规章的决定 省人民政府决定： 一、废止《广东省劳动安全卫生监察办法》； 二、废止《广东省加强生产性建设工程项目劳动安全卫生防护措施管理办法》。
